The objective of Bi-Annual
'Server Health Check' visits are to carry out standard checks, i.e.
review of hard disk utilisation, check integrity of tape backups
and generally provide a pro-active and preventative support service.
Priority
for on-site visits is always given to Network Support customers.
Many customers have benefited from early detection of errors and
faults well before they have caused and harm or loss of data and
time.
