diagnostics which will allow a Technical Specialist to diagnose and
rectify network problems by 'dialling in' to a network. The benefits
include a superior speed of response because no time is wasted
in travelling and a more accurate diagnosis of the problem. Access
to
the network will be at the clients explicit request and permission
and is always performed in a secure and safe manner. This will allow Phoenix IT to dial into a LAN workstation, and/or
Server that has remote diagnostics capabilities.
